Transform the uploaded portrait into a realistic official ID photo source portrait. Preserve the person's identity and natural appearance. Do not beautify, glamorize, stylize, retouch, smooth skin, or alter facial features; restore the real person from the original image, including natural skin texture, facial details, hairline, and distinctive features. Return a portrait 3:4 composition, not a final square crop. Use a pure white background. The generated source portrait must show the complete head including all hair and crown, neck, shoulders, and upper chest, with visible white space above the hair; leave at least 8% to 10% of the image height as white background above the highest hair point so later square cropping will not cut the hair. If the original photo cuts off the top of the head or hair, extend the canvas upward and naturally reconstruct the missing top hair, crown shape, and hairstyle so the head is complete and realistic. Do not crop or trim any hair at the top edge. Do not let the hair touch the top edge. Do not leave large blank white areas at the lower left or lower right of the portrait; the shoulders and formal dark-colored clothing should naturally fill the lower half with a normal ID photo shoulder width, with shoulder/clothing width around 80% to 90% of the image width in the lower half. Do not leave an empty white band at the bottom; the lower area should contain natural shoulders and formal dark-colored clothing continuing toward the bottom of the portrait. The person must face the camera directly and look straight into the lens, with neutral expression, both eyes open, even lighting, no shadows, no glasses, no hat unless already religious headwear, realistic color, and clear details.

Select a processing mode: Switch between the “Single Photo” and “Batch” tabs. The active tab is highlighted with white text.
Upload photos: Select one portrait photo in single-photo mode or multiple photos in batch mode. During batch upload, only the first 20 files are displayed, but all remaining files will still be processed.
Configure API processing: Enter the API domain, endpoint path, model name, and API key. In API mode, this page connects directly to the specified endpoint. This site does not store user images.
Set digital photo specifications: Choose 600x600, 720x720, 900x900, or 1200x1200 pixels, and set the JPG quality, file size limit, DPI, background color, head height, and eye height.
Configure the print layout: Select 4x6 inches, 5x7 inches, Letter, A4, or a custom paper size, and set the number of 2x2-inch photos, margins, spacing, crop marks, and borders.
Start generating: Click “Generate Visa Photo” or “Generate Batch.” The tool automatically adjusts the image dimensions, JPG format, and file size, then generates both digital and printable versions.
Download the results: In single-photo mode, you can download the digital and printable versions separately. In batch mode, original file names are preserved, numbers are automatically appended to duplicate names, and a ZIP download button is provided.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Digital photos are exported as square JPG files. You can select dimensions from 600x600 to 1200x1200 pixels and compress the file size to within 240KB.

A: The tool redraws images returned by the API to meet visa photo specifications, automatically adjusting the square dimensions, JPG format, DPI metadata, and file size.

A: Original file names are preserved by default, and files are exported in JPG format. If duplicate names occur, a number is appended to the file name, such as photo(2).jpg.

A: No, photos are not uploaded to this site's server. In API mode, photos are sent directly to the API service specified by the user. Local mode only performs cropping, compression, and print layout.
