Software Usage Instructions

Select audio files: Click “Select audio files” or drag files into the tool area. Common formats such as MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, M4A, OGG, OPUS, WMA, and AIFF are supported, and you can select multiple files in batches.
Check the file list: The interface will display the first 20 files for confirmation. Files beyond 20 will also be added to the task during processing. Output file names use the original file names by default, and duplicate names will automatically be distinguished with numbers.
Set channel parameters: Use the left-right balance slider to quickly correct audio that leans left or right, or set the left channel and right channel gain separately. If the left and right channels are reversed, enable “Swap left and right channels.”
Preview and analyze: After selecting an audio file, you can generate a preview clip and view the RMS level difference between the left and right channels to help determine which channel needs boosting.
Configure output options: Choose to keep the original extension, or output uniformly as MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, AAC, OGG, or WebM, and set parameters such as bitrate, sample rate, WAV encoding, and FLAC compression level.
Save common settings: Click “Save settings” to save the current channel and output parameters so you can continue using them the next time you open the tool.
Start processing and download: After confirming the parameters, click “Start processing.” When processing is complete, you can preview the first 20 results or click “Download all results ZIP” to save all files.

FAQ

A: It is suitable for audio that is noticeably shifted left or right, inconsistent volume between the left and right ears, recording device position offsets, stereo material that does not sound centered, and similar situations.

A: The balance slider is suitable for quickly adjusting the stereo image position; left/right gain is suitable for controlling the volume of the left and right channels separately, such as boosting only the right channel or reducing only the left channel.

A: When recording cables, capture cards, or post-production exports cause the left and right channels to be reversed, you can enable channel swapping so the left channel content is output to the right channel and the right channel content is output to the left channel.

A: When the left and right channel gain exceeds 100%, anti-clipping protection proportionally lowers the overall level, reducing the risk of popping, clipping, and distortion.

A: Loudness normalization mainly adjusts the overall loudness. The channel balance is still determined by the left/right gain, balance, and swap settings. We recommend completing channel correction first, then enabling loudness normalization as needed.

A: Current batch tasks use the same set of parameters for all selected files. If different files require different channel settings, we recommend processing them in separate batches.

A: Preview depends on audio formats that the current device can decode. A small number of formats may not be available for direct preview, but formal processing will be completed using the local audio processing core. If processing also fails, the file may be corrupted, non-standard, or protected.
