Tool Usage
Return to old versionSelect audio to add a flanger effect
Supports browser-decodable MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG, FLAC, and more. For batch selection, only the first 20 are shown, but all files will be processed.
Choose a preset and adjust flanger settings
The flanger effect is created by short delay, copy mixing, and periodic delay sweeping. Delay, rate, depth, and feedback shape the metallic tone, motion, and space.
Confirm Output and Preview Range
Output defaults to WAV to preserve processed waveform quality. You can set fades, output gain, limiter protection, and preview.
Process and Download
After you start, all files are processed in order. Multiple files are packed into a ZIP. Result names keep the originals when possible, with numbers added for duplicates.
Instructions
Software Instructions
- Select audio files: Click to select audio files, or drag audio into the upload area. Common formats such as MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG, and FLAC are supported, and you can select multiple files at once.
- Load sample audio: If you just want to test the effect, click “Load Sample Audio” to preview parameter changes using sample material first.
- Select a flanger preset: You can use presets such as Subtle Flanger, Classic Flanger, Wide Stereo, Jet Flyby, Vocal Coloration, and Guitar Texture, or adjust the parameters manually.
- Adjust core parameters:
- Base delay: Controls the short delay time, affecting the metallic feel and comb-filtering color.
- Modulation depth: Controls the delay sweep range. The higher the value, the more obvious the sweeping effect.
- Modulation rate: Controls the speed of effect changes, suitable for creating slow flowing or fast trembling effects.
- Feedback amount: Enhances resonance and peak-dip changes, producing a more pronounced flanger tone.
- Effect mix: Adjusts the ratio between the original audio and the processed audio.
- Stereo width: Enhances the sense of space between the left and right channels, suitable for creating more expansive sound effects.
- Confirm output settings: Select the output format, and set output gain, limiter protection, peak normalization, and slight fade-in/fade-out as needed.
- Preview the effect: Click “Preview First File” to compare the original audio with a processed short segment before deciding whether to process in batches.
- Start processing and download: Click “Start Processing Flanger Effect”. After processing is complete, you can download results individually or click “Download All Results (ZIP)” to get a compressed package.
