Software Usage Instructions

Set the source currency and amount: In the “Set Amount” step, select the source currency and enter the amount to convert. You can also use the quick amount buttons to fill it in quickly.
Configure fee parameters: To estimate the actual exchange cost, you can enter the fee percentage, fixed fee, and exchange rate markup. If fee estimation is not needed, keep the default values.
Select target currencies: Go to the “Select Targets” step and add the target currencies you need to convert to. Multiple currencies can be selected at the same time, with duplicates removed automatically.
Select the exchange rate mode: Real-time exchange rates are used by default. If you need to calculate using bank quotes, contract rates, or fixed rates, switch to manual exchange rates and enter the corresponding values.
Start conversion: After entering the “Conversion Results” step, click “Start Conversion”. The system will display the converted amount, exchange rate used, fee estimate, and estimated result after fees.
Copy and export: After conversion is complete, you can copy a single result or the result summary, or download a CSV or JSON file for records, reports, and further organization.
Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to keep commonly used currencies, amounts, fee parameters, and display options for easier use next time.

A: Real-time exchange rates are suitable for everyday lookups and amount estimates; manual exchange rates are suitable for calculations using bank rates, payment platform quotes, contract rates, or fixed budget rates.

A: Yes. After selecting the source currency and amount, you can add multiple target currencies for conversion at the same time. The results table will show the converted amount, exchange rate, and fee estimate separately.

A: Enter the fee percentage as a percentage. For example, 0.5 means 0.5%. Enter the fixed fee as an amount in the source currency. For example, if the source currency is Chinese yuan, a fixed fee of 10 means 10 yuan.

A: The exchange rate markup is used to simulate the difference between the actual transaction price and the reference exchange rate. A positive number increases the applied exchange rate, while a negative number lowers it, making it suitable for estimating exchange costs.

A: Banks, payment platforms, and exchange agencies usually use their own buying rates, selling rates, fees, and settlement rules. The tool’s results are suitable for estimates; actual transactions should be based on the quote from the relevant institution.
