Tool Usage
Return to old versionSelect a sample config or manually set the band, direction, and carrier count, then review each carrier on the carrier parameters page. Calculations update live on this page.
Select a sample or set basic parameters
Start with a sample close to your use case, then fine-tune for your project. Click “Apply to all carriers” to write the current scenario to each component carrier.
Check parameters per carrier
Auto PRB uses common NR bandwidth tables. If a band, SCS, and bandwidth combo has no built-in value, switch to manual PRB.
| Carrier | FR | Direction | Bandwidth MHz | SCS kHz | PRB mode | PRB | Qm | Layers | f | OH | Share % | Rate |

Results & Details
Results are calculated per component carrier and summed, suitable for network planning, capacity assessment, and parameter comparison.
Instructions
Software Usage Instructions
- Select a sample scenario: On the “Scenario Settings” page, choose FR1 urban, FR1 wide coverage, dual-carrier aggregation, FR2 hotspot, or uplink evaluation. You can also manually set the number of carriers, frequency range, and transmission direction.
- Configure basic parameters: Set the subcarrier spacing, channel bandwidth, modulation order, number of MIMO layers, scaling factor, coding rate, overhead mode, and time-domain ratio.
- Apply to carriers: Click “Apply to All Carriers” and the system will write the current scenario to each component carrier for unified calculation.
- Check carrier parameters: On the “Carrier Parameters” page, view the FR, direction, bandwidth, SCS, PRB, Qm, number of layers, f, OH, and rate for each CC. If a mixed configuration is needed, you can modify an individual carrier separately.
- View results: Go to the “Results Analysis” page to view Mbps, Gbps, total PRB, bandwidth efficiency, weighted overhead, and carrier contribution.
- Save or export: You can save the current settings, copy the calculation results, or export CSV for records and comparison.
