Software Usage Instructions
- Set the material usage method: Choose sliced weight, filament length, or model volume. If you already have slicer data, it is recommended to enter the sliced weight and print time.
- Enter material parameters: Select materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, nylon, or resin, or manually enter material density, material price, and support loss ratio.
- Configure print parameters: Enter print hours, extra minutes, average power, electricity unit price, and calculate equipment depreciation based on printer price and expected lifespan.
- Set labor and pricing: Enter preparation, post-processing, monitoring ratio, labor unit price, fixed costs, failure buffer, profit markup, and platform fees.
- View result analysis: Click “Calculate and Next” to view material weight, actual cost, recommended price, estimated profit, and the proportion of each cost item.
- Batch estimation: After entering the batch page, you can load examples, add projects, import a CSV template, and export the results as CSV after calculation.
- Save settings: Frequently used material, electricity, labor, and depreciation parameters can be saved by clicking “Save Settings” and reused the next time you open the tool.
