Software Instructions
- Select a calculation mode: Choose wall material quantity, calculate by volume, calculate by area, or batch calculation. For ordinary brick walls, “wall material quantity” is recommended; use “batch calculation” when multiple data sets are needed.
- Set brick specifications: Select from presets such as Chinese standard bricks, perforated bricks, hollow bricks, concrete blocks, and aerated blocks, or manually enter the brick length, width, and height.
- Configure mortar joints and waste: Enter the mortar joint thickness, waste rate, mortar mix ratio, and dry material coefficient. Common joints can be set to 8-12mm, and the waste rate can be adjusted based on transportation, cutting, and construction conditions.
- Enter wall parameters: Enter the wall length, wall height, and wall thickness. 12-wall, 18-wall, 24-wall, 37-wall, 49-wall, and custom thicknesses are supported. When calculating by area or volume, enter the corresponding project quantity.
- Add opening deductions: Enter the name, width, height, and quantity for door and window openings. The tool will automatically deduct the opening area to reduce material estimation errors.
- Enter material prices: You can enter the brick unit price, cement unit price, sand unit price, and other costs. The results will show the totals for bricks, cement, sand, and costs.
- Start calculation and export: Click “Start Calculation” to view the number of bricks, recommended purchase quantity, mortar volume, number of cement bags, and sand quantity. You can copy the results or download TXT, CSV, or ZIP files.
- Batch calculation: You can paste CSV data or upload CSV/TXT files. The interface previews the first 20 records, and all records will be processed and packaged for download when exporting.
