Tool Usage
Return to old versionSupports single section, multi-section, and CSV batch data. All calculations are done on this page. Batch results preview only the first 20 rows; exports include all records.
Basic dimensions
Choose an input mode first. Single is for quick estimates, multi is for L-shaped, T-shaped, or varied sections, and batch is for table data.
Material parameters
Set concrete grade, waste allowance, rebar, and cost parameters. When an item is disabled, its estimate is hidden in the results.
Calculation results
View concrete volume, weight, rebar, and cost summaries. Batch data can be exported as CSV or downloaded as a ZIP.

Software Usage Instructions
- Select an input method: In the “Basic Dimensions” step, choose single-section foundation, multi-section foundation, or batch CSV. Use single-section for simple projects; multi-section for different cross-sections or irregular layouts; and batch CSV for tabular data.
- Enter foundation dimensions: Fill in the name, length, width, height/depth, unit, and quantity. The tool converts all values to meters and calculates the net volume using “length × width × height”.
- Set material parameters: Select the concrete strength grade, and enter the density, reserve margin, and purchase rounding method to calculate the volume including margin, purchase quantity, and concrete weight.
- Configure rebar estimation: Enable rebar quantity as needed, and set the main bar diameter, number of bars, stirrup diameter, stirrup spacing, cover, and lap loss.
- Configure cost estimation: Enter the concrete unit price, rebar unit price, labor cost, and other cost percentage based on local quotations to generate a cost summary.
- Calculate and export: Click “Calculate and View Results” to generate the summary and details. The batch data page previews the first 20 rows; CSV and ZIP exports include all records.
- Save settings: Click “Save Dimensions” or “Save Settings” to reuse common parameters next time.
