Software Usage Instructions

Set conversion parameters: First select the input format. You can use automatic detection, or specify Unix seconds, Unix milliseconds, UTC date/time, ISO time, JD, or MJD.
Set leap second mode: Choose automatic leap second calculation, or manually enter the leap second value according to device logs or test data requirements.
Select a processing method:
- Single conversion: Enter a UTC time or timestamp, suitable for quickly checking the GPS week number and seconds of week.
- Batch text: Enter one time value per line. For CSV content, you can set the column to read and skip the first row.
- File import: Select one or more TXT/CSV files, and the tool will process all data and preview the first 20 entries in the interface.

FAQ

A: GPS time is a continuous time scale that counts seconds, while UTC stays coordinated with the Earth's rotation through leap seconds. When converting UTC to GPS time, the accumulated leap seconds for the corresponding date must be added.

A: The GPS week number has been counted from January 6, 1980, with each week containing 604800 seconds. Seconds of week is the number of seconds from 00:00:00 on Sunday of the current week to the current moment.

A: Z-count is a time-counting method commonly used in GPS navigation messages, with 1.5 seconds as one unit. This tool provides both the integer Z-count and related GPS time parameters.
