Software Usage Instructions

Data Input: Fill in the chart title, X-axis, and Y-axis labels in the "Data Input" area. In the data series, enter the series name, select a color, and fill in the labels and corresponding values (separated by commas).
Add Data Series:
- Single Series: Suitable for simple data presentations, such as sales statistics, survey results, etc.
- Multiple Series: Click "+ Add Data Series" to compare multiple sets of data, such as sales comparisons for different products.
Quick Templates:
- Sales Data: A preset monthly sales comparison template
- Survey Results: A user satisfaction survey data template
- Product Comparison: A multi-product performance evaluation comparison template
Select Chart Type:
- Vertical Bar Chart: A standard bar chart, suitable for displaying categorical data
- Horizontal Bar Chart: Displays horizontally, suitable for data with longer labels
- Stacked Bar Chart: Multiple data series are stacked to show totals and composition
- Grouped Bar Chart: Multiple data series are displayed side by side for easy visual comparison
Style Settings: You can customize the chart width and height, background color, grid color, font style, legend position, etc., and choose whether to display value labels.
Generate and Download: Click "Generate Chart" to preview the result. Once satisfied, you can download a high-definition image in PNG or JPG format.

FAQ

A: Click the "+ Add Data Series" button to add more data groups. Each series needs to use the same labels (such as months or product categories), but the values can differ. This allows you to create comparison charts, such as sales comparisons for multiple products.

A: Labels and values should be separated by English commas. For example: enter "Jan,Feb,Mar,Apr" for labels, and "100,120,150,180" for the corresponding values. Make sure the number of labels matches the number of values, and that the labels for all data series are exactly the same.

A: Stacked charts vertically stack multiple data series to show the total and the proportion of each part; grouped charts display multiple data series side by side, making it easy to visually compare the values of each series.

A: Yes. Each data series has its own color picker, and you can click the color box to freely choose any color. You can also set the background color, grid color, and more to fully personalize your chart style.

A: PNG and JPG downloads are currently supported. PNG supports transparent backgrounds and is suitable for presentations; JPG files are smaller and suitable for web use. The downloaded images are high quality and can be used directly in business reports and academic papers.
