Software Usage Instructions

Select a data source: You can enter data in three ways: manual editing, pasting a table, or importing a file. The data should include two columns: labels and values.
Edit the data content: In manual mode, you can add or delete data rows; paste mode supports CSV, Tab, semicolon, and other delimited data; file mode supports Excel, CSV, and TXT files.
Set the chart style: You can choose a pie chart or doughnut chart, and set the title, subtitle, sorting method, canvas size, legend position, data labels, percentage decimal places, and value format.
Configure colors and text: Choose a built-in color scheme or use custom colors; you can adjust the background color, text color, separator lines, font, font size, doughnut inner radius, and chart proportion.
Generate a preview: After entering the “Preview Export” page, click “Generate Preview” to check whether the chart proportions, labels, and legend meet your needs.
Export results: A single chart can be exported as PNG, JPG, or PDF, and CSV data can also be exported; when importing files in batches, a ZIP archive can be generated for download.

FAQ

A: It is recommended to use two columns of data: the first column for category labels and the second column for the corresponding values. The first row can be used as a header; simply check “Use first row as header” during import to skip it automatically.

A: A pie chart is suitable for directly showing the proportion of each category; a doughnut chart has a hollow area in the center where the total value can be displayed, making it suitable for reports, dashboards, and presentations.

A: You can enable “Merge small proportions” to combine data below a specified percentage into “Other”; you can also sort by value in descending order and use outside labels with leader lines to improve readability.

A: Exported charts will use the original file names as much as possible. If duplicate names occur, a number will be appended to the file name to prevent result files from overwriting each other.

A: No. Data reading, chart generation, and export are all completed on the current device, and files will not be uploaded to the server.

A: PNG is suitable for preserving sharp edges, JPG is suitable for controlling file size, and PDF is suitable for report archiving and document insertion. When batch results are needed, you can select a batch format and then download the ZIP.
