Software Usage Instructions

Enter chart data: In “Data Input,” choose table input, paste data, or file import. The first column of the table is the category name, and the following columns are the values for each data series.
Edit data series: You can add multiple series and set the series name and color for each. A single series is suitable for displaying category values, while multiple series are suitable for comparative analysis.
Paste or import data: Supports copying CSV/Tab-delimited data from spreadsheet software, and importing CSV, TXT, XLSX, and XLS files. During batch import, the interface only displays the first 20 files, but all files will be processed when generating.
Set chart style: In “Chart Settings,” choose a vertical column chart, horizontal bar chart, grouped column chart, stacked bar chart, or percentage stacked chart, and adjust the title, axes, colors, font size, grid, value labels, and export size.
Save common settings: Click “Save Settings” to save the current data series, color scheme, and style parameters, making it easy to continue using the same configuration later.
Generate and download: After entering “Generate Export,” click “Generate Preview.” After confirming the result, you can download PNG, JPG, SVG, or CSV; multiple data files can be downloaded together using “Batch ZIP.”

FAQ

A: A vertical column chart is suitable for data with short category names, such as months or product numbers; a horizontal bar chart is suitable for data with longer category names, such as department names, region names, or project names.

A: A grouped column chart is suitable for comparing value differences across multiple series within the same category; a stacked bar chart is suitable for showing totals and their components, such as sales in each region made up of different channels.

A: It is recommended that the first row be a header, such as “Category,Sales,Profit,” with each subsequent row containing the category and corresponding values. English commas, Tabs, semicolons, or vertical bars are supported as separators.

A: Yes. After selecting multiple CSV, TXT, XLSX, or XLS files in file import, go to the generate and export page and click “Batch ZIP”. The tool will generate the corresponding chart for each file and package them for download.

A: PNG, JPG, SVG, and CSV are supported. PNG is suitable for preserving clear images, JPG is suitable for standard report images, SVG is suitable for further editing or vector layout, and CSV can save the current data.

A: Percentage stacked charts are suitable for showing composition ratios, such as the proportions of satisfied, neutral, and dissatisfied responses, or the share of different channels in each region. Each category is converted to 100% based on its total.
