Software Instructions

Prepare data: You can enter data manually or import CSV, TXT, XLSX, or XLS files. The manual input format is “Label, Value, Color”; the color column can be omitted.
Set chart text: Enter the chart title, subtitle, category axis title, and value axis title to make the chart easier to understand.
Adjust chart style: Choose a vertical column chart or horizontal bar chart, and set the sorting method, display quantity, value format, size, font size, bar width, and rounded corners.
Configure display effects: Choose whether to show the title, gridlines, value labels, and axis titles, and set the background color, text color, axis line color, grid color, color theme, and gradient fill.
Generate and preview: Click “Generate Preview” to view the chart. If you adjust the data or style, you can regenerate it.
Export files: A single chart can be exported in PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF format; when uploading multiple data files, you can batch-generate a ZIP archive.
Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to keep your current commonly used style for next time.

FAQ

A: One data point per line. The recommended format is Label, Value, Color. For example, “Product A,120,#0f766e”. The color can be omitted, and the system will automatically assign one based on the current color theme.

A: CSV, TXT, XLSX, and XLS formats are supported. The first column in the file should be the category label, the second column should be the value, and the third column can contain a HEX color value.

A: Horizontal bar charts are suitable for data with long category names, many items, or requiring ranking comparisons, such as regional sales, product sales volume, and survey option statistics.

A: To keep the page running smoothly, the file list only displays the first 20 files. During batch generation, all selected files will be processed, and the corresponding charts will be output in a ZIP archive.

A: Batch export uses the original data filename as the chart filename. If duplicate names are encountered, a number will be automatically appended to the filename to avoid overwriting results.

A: PNG is suitable for documents and presentations, JPG is suitable for smaller image file scenarios, SVG is suitable for design scenarios that require vector scaling, and PDF is suitable for printing and archiving.

A: Please check whether the data contains valid values, whether the first column of the file is labels and the second column is values. You can also click “Load sample data” first to confirm the feature works, then replace it with your own data.
