Software Usage Instructions
- Select a conversion mode: Use “Single Conversion” to process one mass value, or “Batch Conversion” to process multiple lines of weight data.
- Enter the mass value: Fill in the value to be converted in the input box. Decimals, negative numbers, and scientific notation are supported; you can also click sample data or quick input buttons.
- Select the source and target units: Choose from metric, imperial, jewelry units, apothecaries’ and precious metal units, and Chinese customary units, such as grams, kilograms, pounds, ounces, carats, grains, jin, and more.
- Set display options:
- Display precision: Choose smart precision or a fixed 2-12 decimal places.
- Number format: Choose plain numbers, thousands separators, or scientific notation.
- Copy format: Choose a text list or CSV table format.
- Start conversion: Click “Start Conversion and Continue” to display the main result, results for all units, and copyable content.
- Batch conversion: Enter one value per line, in formats such as “500 g”, “2.5 kg”, “16 oz”, or “150 lb”; if no unit is specified, the default source unit will be used. The interface previews only the first 20 lines, while copying and CSV export retain all results.
- Copy and export: Click an individual result to copy it, click “Copy All Results” to copy the complete conversion content, or download a CSV file.
- Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to save your commonly used units, precision, and formats, which will be loaded automatically the next time you open the tool.

A: 1 kilogram equals 1000 grams, and 1 gram equals 0.001 kilograms. Kilograms or grams are commonly used for body weight, parcel weight, and ingredient measurements in daily life.
