A: Switch to the "Meeting Planner" tab, add the cities where all participants are located (at least 2), select the meeting date, and click "Find Best Time". The system will automatically generate a 24-hour timeline comparison table based on the time in the first city, showing the corresponding local time in each city, and highlighting the overlapping working hours (09:00-18:00) for all cities in dark green to help you quickly find the best meeting time.
A: It supports two-way conversion between Unix timestamps (in seconds and milliseconds) and readable time. When you enter a timestamp, the system automatically detects whether it is in seconds or milliseconds. Conversion results include local time, UTC time, and ISO 8601 standard format, making it convenient for developers and operations staff.
A: The tool automatically detects whether each city is observing daylight saving time and displays a "Daylight Saving Time" label on the city card. The time zone conversion and meeting planning features also automatically account for daylight saving time offsets to ensure accurate conversion results. Regions that observe daylight saving time, such as the United States, Europe, and Australia, are all handled correctly.
A: Absolutely not. All time calculations, time zone conversions, and timestamp conversions are completed locally in your browser, and no data is transmitted to the server. Favorite cities and dark mode preferences are stored only in your browser’s local storage, ensuring privacy and security.
A: Favorites are saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) and will remain as long as you do not clear your browser data. However, if you switch browsers, use private browsing mode, or manually clear browsing data, your favorites will be cleared. We recommend using this tool in your regular browser to keep your favorite data.
A: The time display is based on your device’s system time. If it is inaccurate, please check whether your device’s time and time zone settings are correct. We recommend enabling your system’s automatic time synchronization feature. If the problem persists, try refreshing the page. The tool automatically updates the time once per second. When the page is moved to the background, updates are automatically paused to save resources and resume immediately when you return to the foreground.
A: In the search box at the top of the World Clock page, enter a city name (such as "Tokyo"), country name (such as "Japan"), or time zone identifier (such as "Asia/Tokyo") to quickly filter results.
