Software Usage Instructions

Select PDF files: Click the “Select PDF Files” button, or drag and drop PDFs into the upload area. You can select multiple PDF files at once.
Confirm the file list: After uploading, the first 20 file names, file sizes, and page counts will be displayed. Additional files will not be shown one by one, but they will be processed together during conversion.
Set the output format:
- PNG: Suitable for preserving text, lines, and transparent backgrounds.
- JPG: Suitable for generating general-purpose images with smaller file sizes.
- WebP: Suitable for web assets, cover images, and content publishing.
Adjust image settings: You can set DPI, scale factor, compression quality, maximum width, background color, anti-aliasing, grayscale output, and file size optimization.
Select pages to convert:
- All pages: Convert all pages of each PDF.
- Specified range: Enter the start page and end page, and optionally set a page interval or odd/even pages.
- Manual selection: Click page number buttons, or enter a page expression such as “1,3,5-8”.
Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to record the current format, DPI, quality, background, and page number configuration for future use.
Start conversion: After entering the “Convert & Download” step, click “Start Conversion” and wait for the progress to complete.
Preview and download: After conversion is complete, you can preview the first 20 images, download individual images, or click “Download All ZIP” to save all results.

FAQ

A: PNG is suitable for text, tables, line drawings, and transparent backgrounds; JPG is suitable for photo-based pages and smaller file sizes; WebP is suitable for web display and asset publishing. Choose PNG if you need a transparent background.

A: You can increase the DPI and scale factor, for example by choosing 300 DPI, 2x, or 3x. Also increase the compression quality and enable anti-aliasing. Higher settings produce clearer images, but they also increase generation time and file size.

A: Yes. In “Page Selection,” choose “Specific Range” and enter the start and end pages, or choose “Manual Selection” and click the page number buttons or enter a page expression such as “1,3,5-8.”

A: Exported images keep the original PDF file name and append the page number, for example “document_p001.png.” If duplicate names occur, the system automatically adds a number to the file name to distinguish them.

A: Transparent backgrounds are supported only in PNG format. When JPG or WebP is selected, the transparent background is automatically replaced with a white background. To keep transparency, switch the output format to PNG.

A: You can lower the DPI or scale ratio, set a page range, and convert only the pages you need. You can also enable file size optimization or process PDFs with many pages in batches.

A: No. PDF reading, page rendering, image generation, and ZIP packaging are all completed on the current device; files are not uploaded to the server.
