Software Usage Instructions

Select WAV files: Click the file area or drag WAV files into the tool. You can select multiple .wav files at once.
Load sample audio: To view the workflow, click “Load Sample Audio” and the tool will automatically proceed to the parameter settings step.
Set MP3 parameters:
- Encoding mode: Choose constant bitrate CBR or variable quality VBR.
- Bitrate: Supports 64, 96, 128, 160, 192, 224, 256, and 320kbps.
- Sample rate: Keep the original sample rate, or set it to 48kHz, 44.1kHz, 32kHz, 24kHz, 22.05kHz, 16kHz, or 8kHz.
- Channels: Keep the original channels, or convert to mono or stereo.
- Encoding algorithm quality: Choose between detailed, balanced, and fast processing methods.
Configure audio processing: Set volume ratio, volume normalization, start/end time trimming, duration extraction, fade in/out, leading/trailing silence removal, high-pass filtering, and low-pass filtering.
Fill in ID3 tags: Optionally enter the title, artist, album, year, genre, and comments; leave blank to avoid overwriting the corresponding information.
Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to save the current parameters, which will be automatically restored the next time you open the tool.
Start conversion: After entering the “Convert & Download” step, click “Start Conversion” and the tool will process the files one by one using the current parameters.
Preview and download: After completion, you can preview the first 20 results; click “Download All Results ZIP” to get all MP3 files and the processing report.

FAQ

A: No. File conversion, previewing, and packaging are all completed on the current device, without being stored or forwarded through a server.

A: For speech content, choose 96kbps or 128kbps; for music files, choose 192kbps, 256kbps, or 320kbps. The higher the bitrate, the larger the file size usually is.

A: For regular music, use 44.1kHz; for video voiceovers or editing materials, use 48kHz. If you are not sure, keeping the original sample rate is the safer choice.

A: The output file name will use the original WAV file name with the extension changed to .mp3; if duplicate names occur, a number will be automatically added to the file name to distinguish them.

A: To keep the interface clean, the file list and result preview show only the first 20 files; all selected files will be converted and included in the ZIP download package.

A: Common causes include corrupted WAV files, incompatible encoding, insufficient memory due to oversized files, or parameter combinations that are unsuitable for the current audio. Try processing in batches, lowering the parameters, or using a source file that plays normally.
