Software Usage Instructions

Select AMR audio files: Click the “Select AMR File” area and choose the .amr voice files you want to convert. Selecting multiple files at once is supported.
Confirm the file list: The page will display the first 20 files for review; if there are more than 20, the remaining files will not be shown, but they will still be processed during conversion.
Set MP3 output parameters:
- Encoding mode: Choose fixed bitrate CBR or variable quality VBR.
- Bitrate and quality: 96kbps or 128kbps is commonly used for voice; choose 160kbps or higher for clearer audio.
- Sample rate: Keep the original, or set it to 8k, 16k, 22.05k, 32k, 44.1k, or 48k.
- Channels: Keep the original, convert to mono, or convert to stereo.
Configure processing options:
- Volume gain: Adjust the overall volume by percentage.
- Trim range: Enter the start time, end time, or duration to extract.
- Fade in/out: Set the number of seconds for fade-in at the beginning and fade-out at the end.
- Filtering and loudness: Enable high-pass, low-pass, and loudness normalization, suitable for voice cleanup.
Set output information: Enter a file name suffix, ZIP file name, and optional ID3 title and artist information.
Start conversion and download: Click “Start Conversion” to generate the MP3 results. You can download files individually, or click “Download All Results ZIP” to get all files packaged together.

FAQ

A: Common .amr voice recording files are supported, mainly AMR-NB mobile voice audio. Whether AMR-WB or specially packaged files can be converted depends on whether the file encoding is recognized by the current transcoding core.

A: For regular voice audio, 96kbps or 128kbps is recommended; choose 160kbps for clearer audio; choose 64kbps and convert to mono if you want to reduce file size.

A: Common causes include corrupted files, incompatible AMR variants, a mismatch between the file extension and the actual encoding, insufficient device memory, or unsuitable parameter settings. Try processing in batches, or convert with the default settings first.

A: The output MP3 uses the original file name by default, with only the extension changed to .mp3. If duplicate names occur, a number is automatically added to the file name to avoid overwriting results.

A: After conversion is complete, click “Download All Results ZIP”. The tool will package the successfully generated MP3 files and the processing report for download.
