Import Markdown content: In the “Import Content” step, choose direct input, single-file, or batch-file mode. .md, .markdown, and .txt files are supported.
Use sample data: Click “Load Sample” to quickly view the conversion effects for headings, lists, tables, code blocks, quotes, and links.
Configure page parameters: In “Set Parameters,” choose the page size, page orientation, margins, and export resolution to suit reports, manuals, or technical document layouts.
Adjust fonts and layout: You can set the body font, heading font, code font, font size, line spacing, heading numbering, paragraph spacing, single-file output name, and batch ZIP package name.
Set additional options: You can enable a table of contents, page numbers, code block backgrounds, table borders, link URL display, and line break preservation, and enter a header, footer, and light watermark.
Preview export results: After entering the “Preview Export” step, view the document structure, character count, number of headings, number of tables, and number of code blocks, then click “Download Current PDF” after confirming.
Batch convert files: After selecting multiple Markdown files, click “Batch Convert ZIP.” When conversion is complete, click “Download All Results” to get the ZIP package. File names will retain their original names as much as possible, and numbers will be appended automatically if duplicates occur.
Save common settings: Click “Save Settings” to save page, font, and style parameters, which will be restored automatically for future use.

FAQ

A: Common Markdown syntax is supported, including headings, paragraphs, bold, italic, lists, quotes, horizontal rules, links, tables, inline code, and code blocks.

A: Batch conversion will retain the original file names as much as possible and change the extension to PDF. If duplicate names occur, a number will be appended to the file name, such as document.pdf or document_1.pdf.

A: After “Generate Table of Contents” is enabled, the tool generates a table of contents based on the heading structure in the Markdown. We recommend using clear level-one, level-two, and level-three headings in the document for a clearer table of contents hierarchy.

A: You can select common Chinese fonts such as Microsoft YaHei, SimSun, SimHei, or KaiTi in the font settings. If the selected font is missing from the current device, we recommend switching to a font installed on your system and exporting again.

A: PDF generation needs to parse Markdown, render pages, and handle pagination. The longer the document, and the more tables, code blocks, and images it contains, the longer processing usually takes. You can process long documents in batches.

A: Online images can usually be rendered, but the image URL must be accessible and allow cross-origin reading. Images with local paths may not be read correctly, so we recommend using accessible image links.
