Software Usage Instructions

Set conversion parameters: First select the slide ratio, font, pagination method, title font size, body font size, and content density, then choose a theme color or customize the background, title, and body text colors.
Configure output options: Enable the title slide, page numbers, table of contents slide, note retention, and automatic table scaling as needed. After entering the presentation title and author, the generated file information will be clearer.
Import Markdown content:
- Paste content: Enter or paste Markdown text directly in the editor area.
- Single file: Select a .md, .markdown, or .txt file, and the tool will load it into the editor area for further adjustments.
- Batch files: Select multiple Markdown files at once. The interface displays the first 20 files for review, and all files will be converted during processing.
Control pagination method: We recommend using --- or *** to separate slides. You can also choose to paginate by level-one headings, which is suitable for documents with an existing chapter structure.
Generate and preview: Click “Generate PPT” to view the slide preview, page count, and table and code block statistics, and confirm whether the content structure meets expectations.
Download results: In single-file mode, click “Download PPTX”; in batch mode, click “Download All Results ZIP”. If duplicate file names are encountered, a numeric suffix will be added automatically to distinguish them.

FAQ

A: You can add a --- or *** separator between each page, or choose to paginate by level-one headings. The separator method is better for precisely controlling the content of each slide.

A: Headings, paragraphs, unordered lists, ordered lists, blockquotes, code blocks, tables, and notes are supported. Image links will retain their descriptive text. We recommend simplifying complex extended syntax before conversion.

A: The tool will try to preserve the original file name. If multiple files generate the same PPTX name, a numeric suffix will be added automatically, for example Document.pptx and Document_1.pptx.

A: Yes. The generated result is a standard PPTX file that can be opened and edited with PowerPoint, WPS Presentation, Keynote, LibreOffice Impress, and other software.

A: You can split long tables across multiple pages or increase the “Content density per page.” For code blocks, it is recommended to keep only key snippets, as overly long content will affect slide readability.

A: No. File reading, parsing, PPTX generation, and ZIP packaging are all completed on the current device; document content will not be uploaded to the server.
