Features
This tool helps you analyze and optimize keyword density in articles based on SEO best practices. You can:
- Batch analyze keyword density in
.txtand.htmlfiles. - Set a custom keyword density threshold, such as 2%.
- Automatically detect articles above the threshold and calculate how many keywords should be removed.
- Process with one click by removing excess keywords from the end of the article and generating an optimized version.
- Run everything in your browser. No file upload is required, keeping your data private.
How to Use
- Set the threshold: In the “Keyword Density Threshold” field, enter your preferred upper limit. A range of 2% to 8% is usually recommended. The default is 2%.
- Select files: Click “Choose Files” and select one or more
.txtor.htmlfiles. HoldCtrlon Windows orCommandon Mac to select multiple files. - Start processing: Click “Start Processing”. The tool will analyze the files and show progress.
- Review results: After processing, three sections will appear:
- Meets Requirements: Files whose keyword density is within your threshold.
- Processed Files: Files that exceeded the threshold and were automatically adjusted. Click “Download” to get the revised version.
- Log Files: Detailed reports, including
Keyword Density Filter Results.txtandKeyword Markers.txt, for review.
- Download results: Download each processed file and log individually, or click “Download All Results (ZIP)” to download everything in one package.
FAQ
Q: Why are HTML file results sometimes inaccurate?
A: The tool extracts plain text from HTML for analysis and may ignore elements such as alt attributes. For more accurate results, analyze plain text (.txt) files.
Q: What if processing is slow?
A: Speed depends on your computer performance and file size. If you process many files or very large files, please wait patiently.
