Software Instructions

Select content source:
- Paste text:Paste customer information, webpage text, contacts, table content, etc. into the text box.
- Document files:Select TXT, CSV, PDF, DOCX, Excel, HTML, RTF, and other files. Multiple files can be added at once.
- Sample data:Click sample text or sample files to quickly view the extraction and export results.
Configure extraction settings:Select a loose, standard, or strict validation level, and set domain filtering, excluded keywords, case handling, and the number of parallel processes as needed.
Set result options:You can enable filtering duplicate emails, sorting alphabetically, retaining source information, generating domain statistics, and adding notes for empty result files.
Start extraction:After entering the processing step, click “Start Extracting Email Addresses”. The tool will display the processing progress and current status.
View results:After processing is complete, you can search by email, domain, or source, or filter results by individual file source.
Export data:Supports copying all emails, downloading TXT, and downloading CSV. For batch file processing, you can download a ZIP archive; per-file results will use the original file names, and numbers will be appended automatically when names are duplicated.

FAQ

A: Loose mode is suitable for capturing more email clues from messy text; Standard mode is suitable for common business materials and documents; Strict mode excludes more non-standard addresses and is suitable for scenarios where result quality needs to be controlled.

A: TXT, CSV, PDF, DOCX, XLSX, XLS, HTML, RTF, MD, JSON, SRT, and other formats are supported. Older DOC files will be parsed on a best-effort basis; we recommend converting them to DOCX before processing.

A: If the PDF is a scanned image, encrypted file, or has a damaged text layer, email addresses may not be read directly. We recommend first using OCR to convert it into copyable text, or exporting it as TXT or DOCX before extracting.

A: For domain filtering, you can enter example.com, gmail.com, etc. Separate multiple values with commas or spaces. For exclusion keywords, you can enter noreply, test, etc. Email addresses containing these keywords will be filtered out.

A: When downloading a ZIP, the extraction results for each file will use the original file name whenever possible. If duplicate names are found, a number will be automatically appended to the file name to help distinguish different sources.

A: TXT is suitable for direct copying or importing into simple systems; CSV preserves email address, domain, and source information, making it suitable for spreadsheet organization; ZIP is suitable for batch file scenarios and includes per-file results, a summary list, domain statistics, and a processing report.
