Software Usage Instructions
- Import content: Paste text containing numbers into the tool, or select files such as TXT, CSV, Word, PDF, and Excel. When selecting files in bulk, the interface only displays the first 20 files, but all files will be included during processing.
- Select extraction scope: You can choose all numbers, mobile numbers only, landline numbers only, or customer service/short numbers only. All numbers will recognize Chinese mobile numbers, landline numbers with area codes, 400/800 numbers, and common short numbers such as 95 and 10086.
- Set output format: You can choose digits only, keep original format, space-separated, hyphen-separated, or international format, making it easy to import into spreadsheets, CRM, or contacts.
- Configure filtering rules: You can enable options such as deduplication, keeping source information, excluding suspected ID numbers, and splitting files by source.
- Start extraction: Click “Start Extraction,” and the tool will read the content, identify numbers, organize types, and display statistics and previews in the results area.
- Copy and download: Results can be copied with one click, exported as TXT, CSV, JSON, or VCF, or packaged and downloaded as a ZIP. When splitting by source, file names will use the original file names, and duplicate names will be automatically distinguished with numbers.
