Software Usage Instructions

Enter text: Paste or enter the text to be formatted in the "Input Text" box on the left, or click "Load Example" to see the effect.
Select formatting type:
- Clean format: Clean up extra spaces, tabs, and irregular formatting
- Standardize spacing: Standardize the spacing between words and lines
- Compact text: Remove excess whitespace to make the text more compact
- Paragraph format: Reorganize into a standard paragraph format
Set text alignment: Choose an alignment method such as left, center, or right alignment.
Configure other options:
- Remove trailing whitespace: Clear extra spaces at the end of each line
- Remove all blank lines: Remove all blank lines from the text
- Limit consecutive blank lines: Merge multiple consecutive blank lines into one
- Fix punctuation spacing: Automatically adjust spacing for Chinese and English punctuation
Batch processing: Upload multiple TXT, MD, or CSV files for batch formatting, with processing progress displayed.
Get results: After formatting is complete, click the "Copy" button to copy the result, or download the processed file package.

A: Yes. The tool uses UTF-8 encoding to process text and can correctly handle Chinese, English, special symbols, emoji, and other characters. For mixed multilingual text, the punctuation correction feature intelligently identifies and applies the appropriate rules.

A: Formatting is an irreversible operation. It is recommended to back up the original file before processing important documents. You can clear the current content with the "Clear All" button and start over.
