Software Usage Instructions
- Add PDF files: Click the “Choose File” button, or drag and drop multiple PDFs into the file area. The tool will read the page count, size, and status of each file.
- Adjust the merge order: Drag the sort icon in the file list, or use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to adjust the order. When many files are uploaded, the interface only displays the first 20; the remaining files will still be processed.
- Set page rules:
- All pages: Merge all pages of each PDF.
- Odd/even pages: Merge only the pages with the corresponding page numbers.
- Page expression: Enter something like
1,3,5-8,-1, supporting single pages, ranges, and pages counted from the end. - Individual page numbers: You can enter page rules separately for a specific PDF in the file list, which take priority over the global rule.
- Configure output information: In “Merge Settings,” enter the output PDF file name and ZIP file name, and optionally set PDF metadata such as title, author, subject, and keywords.
- Select processing options: You can choose to skip abnormal files and continue processing, and you can also insert blank separator pages between different PDFs.
- Start merging: Go to the “Process & Download” tab, confirm the order and parameters, then click “Start Merging PDF.”
- Download results: After processing is complete, you can directly download the merged PDF, or download a ZIP file containing the PDF and the processing report.
