Software Usage Instructions

Select PDF files: Click the “Select PDF Files” area and choose one or more PDF documents to stamp. When selecting files in bulk, the interface only displays the first 20 files, but all files will be included during processing.
Select a stamp image: Choose a PNG, JPG, or WebP image as the stamp. Transparent PNGs are suitable for electronic seals, contract seals, signature stamps, and similar use cases.
Set the stamp size:
- Manually set width and height: Enter the stamp width and height in millimeters.
- Keep aspect ratio by width: After entering the width, the height is automatically calculated based on the image ratio.
- Scale by page width: Automatically calculate the stamp size based on a percentage of the PDF page width.
Set the stamp position: You can choose presets such as page center or corner positions, or drag the stamp directly in the preview area on the right to position it. The horizontal and vertical positions will be synchronized automatically.
Specify the page range: Leave it blank to apply to all pages. You can also enter specific page numbers, for example:
- 1-10: pages 1 to 10
- 5,8,12: pages 5, 8, and 12
- 5-: from page 5 to the last page
Configure the stamping effect:
- Opacity: Control the visibility intensity of the stamp.
- Fixed rotation: Set a uniform angle for all stamps.
- Random rotation: Slightly vary the stamp angle on different pages.
- Random offset: Slightly move the stamp around the set position.
- Light watermark effect: Reduce opacity for lightly marking documents.
Start processing: After confirming the files, stamp, size, position, and page range, click “Start Processing PDF”.
Download results: A single file can be downloaded directly; multiple files will be packaged as a ZIP. The output file name is the same as the original file name by default, and a number will be appended automatically if duplicate names occur.

FAQ

A: PNG, JPG, JPEG, and WebP formats are supported. A transparent-background PNG image is recommended for effects such as electronic seals, contract seals, and signature stamps.

A: Enter the page range in “Stamp Pages.” For example, 1-5 means pages 1 to 5, 3,8,10 means only pages 3, 8, and 10 will be processed, and 5- means processing from page 5 to the last page.

A: The results will keep the original PDF file names whenever possible. If files with the same name exist in the batch, the system will append a number to the file name to prevent results from overwriting each other.

A: The preview area scales the page display according to the page width, while the PDF is generated using the actual page dimensions to calculate the position. If random offset or random rotation is enabled, the stamp position and angle may also vary slightly on different pages.

A: No. PDF files, stamp images, and processing results are all processed on the current device and will not be uploaded to the server.

A: Common causes include a damaged PDF file, complex encryption restrictions in the PDF, insufficient memory due to an excessively large file, or an abnormal stamp image format. You can test with sample data first, then process larger PDF files in batches.
