Software Usage Instructions

1. Select a text source: Upload one or more TXT files, switch to pasted text, or load sample data to check how the rules work.
2. Set deletion rules:
   • Remove empty lines: Delete blank lines, and choose whether lines containing only spaces or tabs should be treated as empty lines.
   • Process by keyword: Enter one or more keywords, with support for contains, does not contain, case matching, and other settings.
   • Process by regex: Use regular expressions to match complex text formats, suitable for cleaning logs, lists, code snippets, and more.
   • Process by line number: Enter individual line numbers or ranges, such as 1,5,8-12,-1. Line numbers start from 1.
   • Process by length: Delete lines based on whether the number of characters in each line is greater than, less than, equal to, or within a certain range.
   • Process duplicate lines: Remove duplicate lines, with options to ignore case or leading and trailing spaces.
3. Select a processing mode: Delete mode removes matched lines; keep mode keeps only matched lines, making it suitable for reverse filtering.
4. Configure output options: Set the encoding, line breaks, whether to add a UTF-8 BOM, whether to preserve the trailing newline, and whether to output as individual files or a merged file.
5. Preview processing results: Before clicking preview or starting processing, check the number of matched lines, kept lines, and sample results to confirm that the rules work as expected.
6. Download processed files: A single file can be downloaded directly; multiple files will be packaged as a ZIP. Files with the same name will automatically have numbers added for easy distinction.
