Tool Usage
Return to old versionSelect PDFs, add images, confirm page range, position, opacity, and other settings, then start. All PDFs are processed; only the first 20 files are shown.
Select PDF files
Select one or more PDFs. Batch processing keeps original file names; duplicates get an added number.
Select image to add
Use one image to add the same logo or watermark to all PDFs; use file name matching to apply same-named images to each PDF.
Set image position and pages
Confirm the page range and layout settings before processing. Coordinates are based on the PDF page's top-left corner, and margins use PDF points.
Generate PDF result
Files, images, and settings will be checked before processing. Multiple results are zipped automatically; a single result can be downloaded directly or as a ZIP.

Software Instructions
- Select PDF files: Click the “Select or drag in PDF” area to choose the PDF files you want to add images to. A single file is supported, and you can also select multiple PDFs at once for batch processing.
- Choose how images are used:
- Unified image: Use the same image for all PDFs, suitable for batch adding a unified logo, watermark, or signature image.
- Filename matching: Automatically match images with the same name based on the PDF filename, for example contract.pdf corresponds to contract.png.
- Sequential matching: Match PDFs and images in the order the files are selected, suitable for files that have already been arranged in advance.
- Upload image files: Select the images to insert into the PDF. Common formats such as PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, and BMP are supported. PNG is recommended for logos with transparent backgrounds.
- Set adding parameters:
- Pages to add to: Choose all pages, first page, last page, odd pages, even pages, or a specified page range.
- Image position: Choose center, four corners, top, bottom, horizontal center left/right, custom coordinates, or tiled watermark.
- Size mode: Supports scaling by page width percentage, scaling by original image ratio, fixed width, and fit to page width.
- Appearance settings: Set opacity, rotation angle, horizontal margin, vertical margin, and tile spacing.
- Layer position: Choose to place the image above the content or below the content.
- Save common settings: Click “Save Settings” to save the current parameters and apply them automatically next time; you can also click “Load Example Settings” to quickly apply common logo parameters.
- Start processing and download: Click “Start Adding Images” to generate the results. A single result can be downloaded individually, while multiple results can be packaged and saved by clicking “Download All ZIP”.
