You can select multiple files at once; older .doc files are not supported. Save them as .docx first.

Software Usage Instructions
- Select DOCX files: Click the file selection area and choose one or more Word documents from which you want to extract images. Only the .docx format is supported. For older .doc files, it is recommended to save them as .docx first before processing.
- Confirm the output format:
- Keep original format: Preserve the original image file data in the document.
- Convert format: Convert common bitmap images to JPEG, PNG, or WebP format.
- Quality settings: When selecting JPEG or WebP, use the quality slider to control output file size and image quality.
- Set naming rules:
- Document name_serial number: Suitable for organizing images by document source.
- Document name_original image name: Suitable for preserving internal image names while distinguishing their source.
- Keep original image name: Use the internal DOCX image file name. If duplicate names occur, numbers will be added automatically.
- Custom prefix: Generate image names using a custom prefix and serial number.
- Select save method:
- Separate folder per document: Place images from each Word document into a separate folder for easy source tracking.
- Merge all images into one folder: Put all images in the same directory, suitable for centralized material organization.
- Configure filtering and manifest: Set a threshold to skip small images and filter out icons, decorative lines, and other small files; you can also generate a CSV manifest to record document status and output paths.
- Start extraction and download: Go to the “Extract & Download” step and click “Start Extraction.” After processing is complete, you can preview the first 20 images and click “Download ZIP” to save all results.
