Software Usage Instructions
- Set replacement rules: Enter the text or regular expression to match in “Find”, and enter the new content in “Replace with”. Leave it blank to delete the matched content.
- Add multiple rules: Click “Add Rule” to create multiple rules. The tool will execute them in order from top to bottom; you can move up, move down, copy, disable, or delete a single rule.
- Configure matching options:
- Case sensitive: Strictly distinguish uppercase and lowercase English letters.
- Whole word match: Replace only complete words to avoid replacing inside words.
- Regular expression: After enabling, you can use regex syntax and use capture groups such as $1 and $2 in the replacement content.
- Multiline mode: Make ^ and $ match the beginning and end of each line.
- Preserve case: During plain text replacement, try to keep the original letter case format.
- Select processing mode:
- Single text: Suitable for pasting text for quick processing, and you can also import one text file.
- Batch files: Suitable for processing multiple plain text files at the same time, such as TXT, CSV, MD, JSON, XML, LOG, HTML, CSS, JS, etc.
- Preview replacement results: Click “Preview Replacement Results” to view highlighted matches and the replaced content. Confirm that the rules are correct before processing.
- Start processing: After clicking “Start Processing”, single text will generate results that can be copied and downloaded; batch files will process all files one by one.
- Download results: After batch processing, you can download a ZIP archive. Output file names are the same as the original file names by default; if duplicate names occur, numbers will be appended automatically to distinguish them.
- Reuse rules: Frequently used rules can be saved as rule sets, or exported as JSON files, and quickly restored later by importing rules.
