Software Instructions

Select DOCX documents: Click the “Select Documents” area and choose the DOCX files you want to convert. Batch selection of multiple documents is supported. The interface displays the first 20 files, but all files will be included during processing.
Choose a conversion method:
- Convert to PDF: Each DOCX generates one PDF file, suitable for archiving, sending, and printing.
- Convert to paginated images: Output each page of the document as a PNG, JPG, or WebP image.
- Convert to long image: Vertically stitch the document pages into a long image, suitable for mobile viewing and image-text sharing.
Configure output parameters:
- Rendering precision: Choose from Standard, Clear, HD, or Ultra HD. Higher precision increases file size and processing time.
- Image format: PNG, JPG, and WebP are supported. Paginated image and long image modes will use this setting.
- Image quality: Used to control the clarity and size of JPG, WebP, and images embedded in PDF.
- Headers and footers: Choose whether to keep the header and footer content in the DOCX.
- Long image segmentation: Long images can be automatically segmented when they are too tall, reducing the chance of saving failures.
Save settings: Click the “Save Settings” button to save commonly used output parameters, which will be automatically restored the next time you open the tool.
Start conversion: Go to the “Process & Download” step, click “Start Conversion,” and wait for the progress to complete.
Preview and download: After conversion is complete, you can download individual results, or click “Download All Results (ZIP)” to package and save all files.

FAQ

A: Currently, DOCX format is mainly supported. The older DOC format is a binary document format, so it is recommended to first save it as DOCX using Word or WPS before converting.

A: PDF is suitable for archiving, printing, and formal sending; paginated images are suitable for inserting page by page into materials or courseware; long images are suitable for mobile reading, image-text display, and social media publishing.

A: The tool will try to preserve the page structure, paragraphs, tables, lists, images, headers, and footers. If the document contains complex WordArt, special fonts, or plugin objects, the display may differ from the original file.

A: Output files will use the original DOCX file names. Paginated images will have page numbers added to the file name; if duplicate names occur, numbers will be appended to the original file name to distinguish them.

A: You can adjust it under “Rendering Precision” and “Image Quality”. For text-based documents, PNG or higher-quality settings are recommended; when there are many files, you can choose clear precision and JPG format to control file size.

A: You can lower the rendering precision, reduce the number of files processed at one time, or disable unnecessary headers and footers. For long image mode, it is recommended to enable segmented height settings to avoid save failures caused by a single image being too tall.
