Software Usage Instructions

Select a processing mode: Two modes are available at the top of the page: “Single File Editing” and “Batch Conversion.” Single file mode is suitable for editing, previewing, and exporting one document; batch conversion is suitable for unified output of multiple Markdown files.
Single file editing:
- Import file: Click “Import MD File” and select a .md, .markdown, or .txt file. The content will be loaded into the editor.
- Write directly: Enter or paste Markdown content in the editing area, and the preview will be displayed in real time on the right.
- Insert syntax: You can use shortcut buttons for headings, bold, italic, blockquotes, code blocks, tables, task lists, links, images, and more.
- Sample content: Click “Load Sample” to quickly fill in a sample Markdown document.
Set output parameters: Set the preview theme, font size, line height, editor height, export width, HTML mode, PDF paper size, PDF orientation, PDF margins, and PNG clarity before exporting.
Copy and download:
- Copy content: Supports copying Markdown and HTML source code. If copy permission is restricted, the page will automatically select the corresponding content.
- Download files: Supports downloading MD, HTML, PDF, and long PNG images.
- HTML mode: Choose “Content Fragment” or “Complete Document” for different publishing scenarios.
Batch conversion: After entering “Batch Conversion” mode, select multiple Markdown files. The interface only displays the first 20 files, but the remaining files will still be processed.
Batch output settings: Choose to export as HTML, PDF, or PNG, and set parameters such as theme, font size, line height, rendering width, PDF paper size, orientation, and margins according to the format.
Start processing and download: Click “Start Processing.” After completion, a result preview and a “Download All Results (ZIP)” button will be generated. Output file names will be kept as close to the original file names as possible, and numbers will be appended automatically if duplicate names occur.
Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to keep the current parameters, which will be applied automatically the next time you open the tool.

FAQ

A: Single file editing is suitable for modifying, previewing, copying, and exporting one document; batch conversion is suitable for processing multiple Markdown files at once and packaging the results into a ZIP download.

A: .md, .markdown, and .txt files are supported. Common syntax such as headings, lists, task lists, blockquotes, code blocks, tables, links, and images can all be rendered.

A: Content snippets export only the main HTML rendered from Markdown, suitable for pasting into an existing page; complete documents include the HTML structure, encoding information, and styles, suitable for saving directly as standalone web page files.

A: To reduce list rendering load, the interface only displays the first 20 files. Files that are not displayed will not be ignored; they will be converted together during processing and written into the ZIP archive.

A: The tool will try to keep the original file name and only replace it with the corresponding output extension. If duplicate names occur, a number will be appended to the file name, for example, “Document(1).html”.

A: PDF and PNG need to render the page content first, so long documents, many images, or large batches of files will take more time. You can reduce PNG clarity, reduce the number of files processed at once, or export to HTML first and then perform further layout.

A: When enabled, it removes HTML tags and script/style snippets from the Markdown content. This is suitable for scenarios where you only want to keep the Markdown syntax rendering result. If the document itself requires embedded HTML layout, you can turn this option off.
