Software Usage Instructions

Select files: Click the "Select TXT Files" button to select multiple TXT files for batch processing
Set deletion rules: Check the following rules as needed:
- Contains specified keywords: Delete lines containing specified keywords; separate multiple keywords with "|"
- Does not contain specified keywords: Delete lines that do not contain the specified keywords
- By character count per line: Delete lines with a character count greater than, equal to, or less than the specified value
- Delete by line number: Delete lines with specified line numbers; negative numbers are supported to indicate counting from the end
- Delete all empty lines: Remove blank lines from the file
Choose save method: Choose to save each file separately or merge and save as one file
Start processing: Click the "Start Processing" button, and the system will process all files according to the configured rules
Download results: After processing is complete, you can download each file separately or download all files as a package

FAQ

Q: What file formats are supported?

A: Currently, only plain text files in TXT format are supported. Make sure the file encoding is UTF-8 for optimal compatibility.

Q: Can I use multiple deletion rules at the same time?

A: Yes. The system will apply the selected rules in sequence, and only lines that meet all retention conditions will be kept.

Q: What do negative numbers mean when deleting by line number?

A: Negative numbers mean counting from the end of the file. -1 indicates the last line, -2 indicates the second-to-last line, and so on.

Q: What is the difference between merged saving and separate saving?

A: Separate saving generates a corresponding processed result file for each input file; merged saving combines the processed results of all files into one file, with an option to remove duplicates.

Q: Are there any limitations when processing large files?

A: Processing is done entirely locally in the browser, so file size is mainly limited by your device memory. It is recommended that each file be no larger than 50MB to ensure a smooth experience.

Q: How do I set multiple keywords?

A: Use the "|" symbol in the keyword input box to separate multiple keywords. For example, "ads|promotion|marketing" means deleting lines that contain any one of these three keywords.
