Software Usage Instructions

Select files or sample data: Click “Select Excel/CSV File” to add one or more spreadsheet files, or load sample data first to view the processing result.
Set column combination rules: In “Column Combination Rules,” enter the column names to extract and connect them with +, such as A+C+E; fixed text can be written as A+"-"+C.
Configure processing parameters: You can choose to process the first worksheet or all worksheets, and set the start row, end row, delimiter, empty value handling, CSV encoding, and CSV delimiter.
Select output method: When “Save Separately” is selected, each source file generates a corresponding TXT file, and multiple results will be packaged as a ZIP; when “Save Merged” is selected, all content is output to one TXT file.
Start processing: After entering “Processing Preview,” confirm the summary and click “Start Processing.” The tool will display progress and generate a result preview.
Download results: After processing is complete, you can download a single TXT file or ZIP archive. Multiple results with the same name will automatically have numbers appended to their file names for distinction.

FAQ

A: xlsx, xls, csv, and tsv files are supported. You can select multiple files in mixed formats for batch processing.

A: Use Excel column letters and connect them with +, such as A+C+E. Multi-letter column names such as AA and AB are also supported, as well as fixed text formats like A+"-"+C.

A: Yes. Set the start row and end row in the processing parameters; entering 0 for the end row means processing to the end of the table.

A: When saved separately, the result files will use the source file names with the extension changed to txt; if duplicate result names occur, a number will be added to the file name to distinguish them.

A: You can choose to keep empty values, skip empty-value segments, or replace empty values with a placeholder; delimiters between columns can be set to none, space, Tab, comma, line break, or a custom delimiter.

A: Yes. After selecting “Merge and save,” the combined results of all files will be gathered into one TXT file, and the content can be separated by source file name.
