3Choose insert position

You can select multiple positions. Specified page numbers use the original PDF page numbers.

Insert before first pageIdeal for adding a cover, table of contents, or common note page. Insert after last pageIdeal for adding attachments, signature pages, or supplementary materials. Insert before specified pagesFor example, enter 2,5 to insert before pages 2 and 5. Insert after specified pagesFor example, enter 3 to insert after page 3.

Instructions

Select main PDFs: Upload the PDF files to process in “File Selection”. You can select multiple files for batch insertion.
Select insert PDF: Upload the PDF to insert into other documents. Use all pages or set a page range.
Set insertion positions: In “Insertion Settings”, choose before first page, after last page, before a specified page, or after a specified page. Multiple positions are supported.
Enter page numbers: For page-based insertion, enter formats such as 2,5 or 8-10. The tool uses the original PDF page numbers.
Set output names: Add a filename prefix or suffix. New PDFs will not overwrite the original files.
Process and download: Go to “Run & Download” and start batch insertion. After completion, download PDFs individually or as a ZIP file.

FAQ

A: Yes. You can select multiple main PDFs, and the same insert PDF will be added to each one using your settings.

A: Enter a single page, multiple pages, or a range, such as 2, 2,5, or 8-10. “Before specified page” inserts before that page, and “after specified page” inserts after it.

A: Yes. In “Insert Page Range”, choose selected pages and enter the pages to insert, such as 1,3-5.

A: No. The tool creates new PDF results and keeps the original files unchanged. You can also use a prefix or suffix to distinguish output filenames.

A: After processing, each generated PDF appears in the results area for individual download. Multiple results can also be downloaded as a ZIP file.

A: The PDF may be damaged, have special encryption restrictions, or the page settings may exceed the document range. Make sure the file opens normally and the page numbers are correct.
