Create folders by PPT filename; numbers are appended for duplicate folder names. Skip identical duplicate images to reduce ZIP size. Keep vector or special image files such as SVG, EMF, and WMF. Generate a CSV extraction list in the ZIP.

Software Usage Instructions

Select PPT files: Click the “Choose File” button to select one or more PPT/PPTX presentations, or use the sample PPTX to try the workflow.
Set the extraction range: Choose to extract all media images, or only images referenced in the slide body.
Configure output options:
- Output format: Keep the original format, or convert to PNG, JPG, or WEBP.
- Quality settings: Adjust the output quality for JPG and WEBP.
- Small image filtering: Skip smaller images such as icons and decorative fragments.
- Naming method: Name files by source file name, internal media name, or slide number.
- Organization method: Group by PPT folder, skip duplicate images, and generate a CSV list.
Start processing: After entering the “Start Processing” page, click “Start Extracting Images.” The software will parse the files, convert the images, and write them into a ZIP archive in order.
Download results: After processing is complete, you can preview the first 20 images and click “Download All Results ZIP” to get the extracted image files.

FAQ

A: PPT and PPTX files are supported. PPTX files can read the internal media directory and slide reference relationships; older PPT files will attempt to scan common bitmap formats.

A: Older PPT files use a binary structure, and the way images and objects are stored is more complex. It is recommended to save the file as PPTX before extracting to get more stable results.

A: Select “Keep original format” when you need to preserve the original assets; choose PNG, JPG, or WEBP when you need a unified image format. When converting images with transparent backgrounds to JPG, you can set a fill color.

A: Readable file names are preserved when generating the ZIP. If duplicate names are found, a number is appended to the file name to avoid overwriting existing results.

A: When a PPT contains many icons, decorative lines, or small assets, you can enable small-image filtering to make the results easier to organize.

A: File parsing, image conversion, and ZIP packaging are all completed on the current device, making it suitable for processing image assets in courseware, proposals, and reports.
