Processing Tips

Images in complex DOCX files may be created by Word, WPS, or other editors. Test with a small batch first.

The tool adjusts image sizes and image paragraph properties in document parts such as word/document.xml, headers, and footers. For damaged, encrypted, or non-standard DOCX files, the log will show the failure reason.

Usage Instructions

Select files: Click the select button or drag and drop DOCX files directly into the upload area
Set alignment: Check "Enable image alignment" and choose an alignment method (left, center, right)
Resize: Check "Resize images" and set the target width and height (pixels)
Keep proportions: You can choose to keep the image aspect ratio to avoid distortion
Start processing: Click the "Start Processing" button, and the tool will automatically batch process all files
Download results: After processing is complete, click the download button to get the ZIP archive

FAQ

The current version is a demo version. Due to technical limitations of the web environment, deep editing of DOCX files cannot be fully implemented. True DOCX image processing requires complex XML operations, so professional desktop software is recommended.

The tool only aligns and resizes paragraphs that contain images and no text, and will not affect paragraphs containing text. This helps avoid disrupting the original layout structure of the document.

The tool uses a conversion ratio of 1 pixel ≈ 0.75 points. This is an approximate value, and the actual conversion may vary slightly depending on the display device and Word version. It is recommended to test the results with a small batch of files first.

Currently, only DOCX files are supported. Other document formats such as DOC, RTF, and ODT are not supported. Please ensure the file is in DOCX format saved by Microsoft Word 2007 or later.

After checking "Keep image aspect ratio", when you change the width, the height will automatically adjust proportionally, and vice versa. This prevents image distortion and preserves the original visual appearance.

In theory, there is no limit, but it depends on your device's memory and performance. We recommend processing no more than 30 files at a time, with each file no larger than 20MB, to ensure optimal results and stability.

The tool is designed to protect formatting and only modifies image-related properties. It will not affect text content, fonts, colors, or other formatting. However, we recommend backing up important files before processing.
