FAQ

The tool supports PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, and PPTX formats. PDF files can be fully processed. Due to technical limitations, Office documents have limited functionality, so desktop software is recommended for processing them.

Multiple formats are supported: single page (1), multiple pages separated by commas (1,3,5), consecutive pages with a hyphen (5-7), mixed format (1,3,5-7,10), and you can also use "last" to indicate the final page.

The tool will try to preserve the original formatting of the document. For PDF files, you can choose to keep bookmarks and the table of contents. It is recommended to back up the original file before processing in case of unexpected issues.

Once enabled, the tool automatically analyzes the document content, identifies blank pages with no text or images, and deletes them. This feature is currently mainly designed for PDF files, and detection accuracy will continue to be optimized.

Due to technical limitations in the web environment, full deep editing of Office documents cannot be achieved. For Word and PPT files, we recommend using professional desktop software to delete pages.

Page deletion cannot be reversed, so we strongly recommend backing up the original file before processing. The tool generates a new file instead of directly modifying the original, ensuring the original file remains safe.

In theory, there is no limit on the number of files, but it is constrained by your device's memory and performance. We recommend processing no more than 50 files at a time, with each file no larger than 50MB, to ensure optimal results.
