Software Usage Instructions

Import Excel files: Click the upload area or drag in XLSX or XLS files. You can select multiple files at once. The interface displays the first 20 files; the remaining files will also be included during processing.
View data preview: After importing, you can preview the first few rows of the first file. Click column labels to quickly add or remove columns to be processed.
Set deletion rules: You can enter column labels such as A, A,C,E, A|C|E, or B:F, or switch to “Keep specified columns only.” It supports automatically deleting empty columns, hidden columns, and columns based on header keywords.
Configure worksheet range: Choose to process all worksheets, only the first worksheet, or worksheets with specified names.
Set output method: Choose XLSX or CSV format. For CSV, you can set the delimiter and UTF-8 BOM; the ZIP file name and compression level can also be adjusted manually.
Save settings: Common column rules, keywords, and output parameters can be saved by clicking “Save settings,” and will be automatically restored the next time you open the tool.
Start processing and download: After entering the “Process Download” page, click Start Processing. Download the results when complete. Multiple files will be packaged as a ZIP, filenames will remain unchanged, and numbers will be appended automatically if there are duplicate names.

FAQ

A: XLSX and XLS formats are supported. Results can be exported as XLSX or CSV; CSV is suitable for importing into other systems for further processing.

A: Use common Excel column labels, such as A for column A, A,C,E for multiple columns, A|C|E is also supported, and B:F means from column B to column F.

A: Deleting specified columns removes the columns you enter; keeping specified columns only retains the columns you enter and removes all others, which is useful for extracting a small number of fields from a large table.

A: You can set the row where the header is located and enter multiple keywords. Matching methods include containing the keyword, title equals keyword, and regular expressions. This is suitable for deleting columns such as notes, temporary fields, and phone numbers.

A: No. Output files will keep the original file names whenever possible. If files with the same name appear in the results, a number will be automatically appended, such as “Data.xlsx” and “Data_1.xlsx”.
