Batch Document Page Splitting Tool

Software Usage Instructions

1. Select document files: Click the upload area or drag in files. Batch selection of PDF, DOCX, and PPTX is supported. The interface only displays the first 20 files; the remaining files will still be included during processing.
2. Load sample data: Click “Load sample PDF” to quickly try the splitting process. This is useful for first becoming familiar with the parameters and result download method.
3. Set the splitting method:
   • Split by page: Generate a separate PDF file for each page of the PDF.
   • By page count: Group by a fixed number of pages, for example generating one PDF every 5 pages.
   • Specified range: Split by the entered page ranges, such as 1-3,5,8-10.
   • Odd/even split: Export odd-page and even-page files separately.
4. Set output rules: You can set the file name template, page number zero-padding digits, directory structure inside the ZIP, and ZIP file name. The template supports variables such as {name}, {index}, {start}, {end}, and {mode}.
5. Save common settings: Click “Save Settings” to keep the current splitting method, naming template, and output rules, and automatically restore them the next time you open the tool.
6. Start splitting: After confirming the files and parameters, click “Start Splitting”. The tool will batch process PDFs and generate processing notes or archive the original files for DOCX and PPTX.
7. Download results: After processing is complete, go to the “Processing Results” page to view partial result previews, then click “Download ZIP” to get all split files.
