Software Usage Instructions
- Select file source: Click the “Select Multiple Files” or “Select Folder” button to add files to be filtered, or drag and drop files into the selection area. To try the workflow, click “Load Sample Data”.
- Set size criteria: In “Filter Settings”, choose between two sizes, greater than or equal to, less than or equal to, or equal to a specified size, and select B, KB, MB, GB, or TB as the unit.
- Configure matching rules:
- Subdirectories: Choose whether to include files in subdirectories.
- Extensions: You can choose not to filter extensions, or only include or exclude specified extensions.
- Filename keywords: Set keywords that filenames should include or exclude, separated by commas.
- Special files: Choose whether to allow 0-byte files, dot-prefixed files, and whether filenames are case-sensitive.
- Set output options:
- Result sorting: Supports keeping the original order, sorting by size, sorting by filename, or sorting by path.
- ZIP directory structure: Choose to keep filenames only, or preserve relative paths.
- ZIP compression method: Choose standard compression or fast packaging.
- Download filename: Customize the generated ZIP file name.
- Start processing: Click the “Next: Start Processing” or “Filter Again” button, and the tool will scan files according to your settings and generate results.
- Preview and download: The results area displays the first 20 matching files by default; if there are more than 20 matches, the ZIP download will still include all eligible files. Click “Next: Download ZIP” to save the results.
