Software Usage Instructions

Set output rules: Enter the root directory name and ZIP file name, then choose options for duplicate names, invalid character handling, indentation rules, and placeholder files.
Select structure source: Choose from three methods: quantity generation, text structure, or file import.
Configure quantity generation: Enter the folder prefix, quantity, starting number, increment, and zero-padding digits; if you need unified subdirectories, you can enable the subdirectory template.
Enter hierarchical structure: Enter one folder per line in the text box, using the Tab key or spaces to indicate hierarchy, or use “/” to represent path levels.
Import structure files: Select TXT, CSV, or MD files. Multiple files will all be processed; folders with the same name will automatically have numbers added to distinguish them.
Preview and generate: Click “Preview Validation” to view the directory tree and prompts, then generate the ZIP and download it after confirmation.

FAQ

A: Quantity generation is suitable for creating numbered directories such as “Project001, Project002”; text structure is suitable for creating multi-level directories, such as project materials, contracts, deliveries, archives, and other structures.

A: Enter top-level directories directly. For subdirectories, use the Tab key or a specified number of spaces at the beginning of the line for indentation; you can also enter a path structure such as “Archive/2026/Contracts”.

A: Each structure file generates a directory with the same name as a group; if directories with the same name are encountered, the tool appends a number to the name to avoid overwriting.

A: Placeholder files are used to preserve empty folder structures. If you do not need them, you can turn off “Write placeholder files” in the parameter settings, or delete them yourself after extracting.

A: The tool checks for characters such as \ / : * ? " < > | and replaces or removes them according to your settings, while showing processing tips in the preview validation.

A: After downloading the ZIP, extract it to the target location to get the complete folder structure shown in the preview. It can be used for project initialization, document archiving, and batch organization.
