Software Usage Instructions

Import images: Click the upload area to select images, or drag images into the tool. You can select multiple images in batches, or click “Load sample images” to preview the processing effect first.
Set crop mode: Go to the “Crop Parameters” step and choose proportional cropping, pixel-based cropping, or keeping the full image. Proportional cropping is suitable for covers, avatars, and social media images, while pixel-based cropping is suitable for unified output at a fixed size.
Select crop position: Use the 3×3 anchor grid to choose crop positions such as top-left, center, or bottom-right. For precise processing, enable custom coordinates and enter the starting X and Y values.
Configure output options: In “Output Settings,” choose JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, or keep the original format. You can set image quality, background color, unified size mode, and ZIP file name.
Fine-tune individual images: After entering the “Fine-Tune Processing” step, you can select any of the first 20 images, drag the crop box, resize it, or rotate it. After clicking “Save fine-tuning for this image,” that image will be processed with its own parameters.
Start batch cropping: Click “Start Batch Cropping,” and the tool will process all imported images. The interface only shows partial previews, but batch processing will include all images.
Download results: After processing is complete, you can click an individual result preview to download it, or click “Download All Results ZIP” to save all cropped images at once.

FAQ

A: Proportional cropping automatically calculates the crop area based on the aspect ratio, making it suitable for standardizing images of different sizes to ratios such as 1:1, 16:9, or 9:16. Pixel-based cropping extracts the image according to a specified width and height, making it suitable for fixed-size scenarios such as product images and thumbnails.

A: The 3×3 anchor grid determines the position of the crop box within the original image. For example, selecting “Center” crops from the center of the image, while selecting “Top-left” prioritizes keeping the top-left area. It is suitable for batch processing images with consistent composition.

A: The original file name is kept by default. If the output format changes, the extension will be adjusted accordingly; if files with the same name are found in the ZIP, the tool will append a number to the file name to prevent results from overwriting each other.

A: To keep the interface responsive, only the first 20 images are shown during batch import for checking and fine-tuning. Images that are not displayed will still be included in the batch crop and included in the downloaded ZIP file.

A: No. After saving the fine-tuning for a specific image, only that image uses its own crop box and rotation settings; other images are still processed according to the global crop parameters.

A: Do not resize keeps the actual size after cropping; stretch to the specified size forcibly scales and distorts the image; proportional fit keeps the aspect ratio while scaling down or up; proportional fill fills the target size and crops the excess area; proportional padding fills the empty space with the background color.

Answer: You can keep the original format, or output as JPG, PNG, WebP, or BMP. When selecting JPG or BMP, if the original image contains transparent areas, they will be filled with the set background color.
