Software Usage Instructions

Select image files: Click the “Select Image” button to choose JPG, PNG, or WebP images to add an information watermark to; you can also drag and drop images into the upload area. When selecting in bulk, the interface displays the first 20 files, and the remaining files will be processed together.
Use sample data: Click “Load Sample” to quickly preview the photography parameter watermark effect, ideal for getting familiar with fields, templates, and style settings.
Configure information content:
- Field combinations: Select fields such as file name, dimensions, shooting date, camera model, lens model, shooting parameters, and GPS coordinates.
- Variable templates: Use variables such as {camera}, {lens}, {settings}, {date}, and {filename} to customize multi-line layouts.
- Custom text: Add text such as a signature, location, project name, or copyright notice.
Adjust watermark style: In “Watermark Style,” set the font, font size, color, opacity, stroke, background color, inner and outer spacing, rounded corners, position, alignment, and rotation angle, or apply a preset.
Set export parameters: Choose to keep the original format or export as JPG, PNG, or WebP; you can set the output quality, longest side, specified width, whether to preserve the original JPG EXIF, and the ZIP file name.
Start processing and download: Click “Start Processing” and wait for the progress to complete. Multiple files will be packaged into a ZIP for download; file names use the original names by default, and duplicate names will automatically have numbers appended.

FAQ

A: JPG, PNG, and WebP images are supported. EXIF shooting parameters are usually more fully supported in JPG/JPEG, while PNG and WebP can include information such as file name, dimensions, file size, and custom text.

A: The image may not contain EXIF information, or the metadata may have been removed after compression, editing, or format conversion. Phone screenshots, images downloaded from social platforms, and images exported by some photo editing software may also lack fields such as camera model, aperture, shutter speed, and ISO.

A: The original file name is preserved by default whenever possible. If multiple output files have the same name, a number will be appended to the original file name to distinguish them; if you manually convert the output format, the extension will be adjusted according to the actual image format.

A: You can check “Preserve original EXIF for JPG output” in the export settings. This option applies when the original image is JPG/JPEG and the output is JPG; when converting to PNG or WebP, the original EXIF is usually not written.

A: Image rendering and compression use memory and CPU. We recommend processing large numbers of images in batches, or limiting the longest side in the export settings, lowering JPG/WebP quality, and closing other resource-intensive programs.

A: You can reduce the font size, increase the maximum width, use a bottom caption bar or compact parameter layout, or split the variable template into multiple lines so the file name, camera information, and shooting parameters are displayed separately.
