Software Instructions

Select image files: Click the “Select Images” area to upload the images you want to process. Common formats such as JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, and WebP are supported, and you can also select multiple images at once for batch processing.
Select blur mode:
- Blur entire image: Apply a blur effect to the whole image, suitable for weakening backgrounds and softening the image.
- Blur area: Blur only the specified rectangular area, suitable for hiding ID numbers, license plates, contact information, screenshot content, and other information.
- Keep area: Keep the selected area clear and blur the area outside it, suitable for highlighting the subject.
- Pixelate area: Convert the specified area into a mosaic block effect.
Set processing parameters:
- Blur strength: Adjust the degree of blurring. The higher the value, the more obvious the effect.
- Edge transition: Makes the edges of the locally blurred area softer.
- Mosaic block: Adjust the block size in area pixelation mode.
- Output format: You can choose to keep the original format, or export as JPG, PNG, or WebP.
- Output quality: Used to control the clarity and file size of JPG and WebP files.
Set blur area: After selecting an area-related mode, you can drag the blue selection box in the preview image, or enter the left margin, top margin, width, and height to set it.
Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to save the current parameters, making it easier to continue using the same processing plan later.
Start processing: After entering the “Process & Download” step, refresh the preview to confirm the effect, then click “Start Blur Processing”.
Download results: A single image can be downloaded directly; multiple images will be automatically packaged as a ZIP download. During batch processing, the interface only displays previews of the first 20 images, but the downloaded results will include all processed images.

FAQ

A: Blur entire image processes the whole image and is suitable for weakening backgrounds; Blur area only processes a specified location and is suitable for hiding text, numbers, license plates, ID information, and other content in an image.

A: After selecting “Blur area”, “Keep area”, or “Pixelate area”, you can directly drag the blue selection box in the preview image, or manually enter the X coordinate, Y coordinate, width, and height.

A: The region coordinates are based on the first image. When processing images of other sizes, the tool converts the region position and size proportionally, making it suitable for batch images with the same composition or a similar layout.

A: By default, the original file names are preserved as much as possible. If duplicate result names occur in a batch, the tool adds a numeric suffix to the file name to prevent files in the download package from overwriting each other.

A: JPG is suitable for photo images and makes file size easier to control; PNG is suitable for images that need a transparent background or sharp edges; WebP is suitable when you want to reduce file size. You can also choose to keep the original format.

A: No. Image processing is performed locally using Canvas. Files are not uploaded to the server, making it suitable for processing images that contain private content.
