Software Instructions

Import image files: Click the “Select Images” area, or drag images into the tool. PNG, JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF, WEBP, AVIF, TIFF, SVG, and other formats are supported. You can select multiple files at once.
Choose a conversion preset:
- Balanced conversion: Suitable for most illustrations, screenshots, and regular images.
- Icon line art: Suitable for icons, line art, and UI assets with clear edges.
- Detail preservation: Suitable for images with many color levels that need to retain more outlines.
- Size compression: Suitable for web assets and scenarios where the number of paths needs to be reduced.
Adjust conversion parameters:
- Number of colors/quantization cycles: Controls color layering and detail restoration.
- Path ignore threshold: Filters smaller color blocks and noise, reducing redundant paths.
- Line threshold/curve threshold: Controls contour fitting accuracy and smoothness.
- Pre-blur radius/blur threshold: Used to smooth noise and reduce jagged edges.
- Scale larger side before processing: Proportionally reduces large images first to reduce processing time.
- Coordinate decimals/SVG scale factor: Controls output precision, size, and file size.
Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to keep the current parameters, which will be restored automatically the next time you use the tool.
Start conversion: Go to the “Preview & Download” page and click “Start Converting to SVG”. The tool will process all files in sequence.
Preview and download: After conversion is complete, you can preview the first 20 results. Click “Download All Results (ZIP)” to download all SVG files as a package. Output files will keep the original file basename, and numbers will be appended automatically if duplicate names occur.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: It is better suited for icons, logos, line art, illustrations, screenshots, and images with clear edges. Photo images can also be converted, but when colors and textures are complex, the generated SVG will contain more paths and the file size will also increase.

A: You can increase the number of colors and quantization cycles, lower the path ignore threshold, and appropriately reduce the line threshold and curve threshold. This will retain more outlines and color blocks, but processing time and file size will increase.

A: You can reduce the number of colors, increase the path ignore threshold, reduce the number of coordinate decimal places, and set scale larger side before processing to the 1200-2000 pixel range. You can also try the “File Size Compression” preset.

A: If you want to preserve transparency, turn off Enable background fill; if you need a white background or a specific background color, enable this option and choose a background fill color before converting.

A: Output files use the original base file name with the extension changed to .svg. For example, icon.png will generate icon.svg. If multiple files have the same base name, the system will automatically append a number, such as icon-2.svg or icon-3.svg.

A: This is usually related to noise, compression artifacts, or color transitions in the original image. You can appropriately increase the pre-blur radius and path ignore threshold, or reduce the number of colors to make the output cleaner.
