Software Instructions

Add image files: Click the “Choose Images” button, or drag and drop images into the upload area. Common formats such as JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and BMP are supported, and you can select multiple images at once.
Choose a sketch style:
- Pencil Sketch: Suitable for portraits, everyday photos, and images with light backgrounds, with soft lines.
- Charcoal Sketch: Suitable for photos with strong contrast between light and dark, with stronger grain and shadow detail.
- Pen Line Art: Suitable for architecture, products, and images with clear outlines, with cleaner lines.
- Detailed Sketch: Suitable for images that need to preserve textures, hair, and object details.
- Artistic Sketch: Suitable for images that need a paper texture and hand-drawn feel.
Adjust effect parameters:
- Sketch intensity: Controls the overall prominence of the photo-to-sketch effect.
- Contrast: Adjusts the black-and-white levels and visual impact of the image.
- Edge strength: Controls the clarity of outlines and main structural lines.
- Line thickness: Controls the width of the line art; higher values make the lines thicker.
- Detail retention: Controls how much detail is retained, such as textures, hair, and object edges.
- Line softening: Reduces harshness in the lines and makes transitions in the image more natural.
Set advanced options: You can adjust paper texture intensity, output quality, output format, output size, paper background color, and ZIP file name. You can also enable options such as preserving details, enhancing lines, adding paper texture, and softening light and shadow.
Save settings: After adjusting the parameters, click “Save Settings” to automatically restore the current configuration the next time you use it.
Preview and process: Click “Preview First Image” to check the sketch effect, then click “Start Processing All Images” after confirming.
Download results: A single image can be downloaded directly; after multiple images are processed, click “Download All Results” to get a ZIP archive.

FAQ

A: Common image formats such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and BMP are supported. It is recommended to use high-resolution images with a clear subject, as sketch lines will be easier to render.

A: Choose Pencil Sketch for portraits and everyday photos; Charcoal Sketch for landscapes and images with many dark areas; Pen Line Art for architecture, product images, and images with clear outlines; and Detailed Sketch when you need to preserve textures.

A: You can increase the sketch intensity, edge intensity, and contrast, or enable enhanced lines. If the original image has low contrast, try the pen line art or detailed sketch style.

A: The processed result will keep the original file name whenever possible. If duplicate names appear among batch images, the system will automatically add a number after the file name to prevent result files from overwriting each other.

A: Sketch processing for images consumes some computing resources. You can choose a smaller longest side in the output size, such as 2400px or 1600px, or process images in batches to reduce the load of a single task.

A: Choose PNG if you need transparency or crisp lines; choose JPG or WebP if you need a smaller file size; if you're not sure, choose the commonly used format that matches the original image.
