Software Usage Instructions

Select image files: Click the “Select Images” button, or drag images into the upload area. Common image formats such as JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, and GIF are supported, and you can select multiple images in batches.
Load a sample image: To quickly preview the effect, click “Load Sample”. The system will generate a sample image and display a preview.
Enter text content: Fill in the text to add to the image in the text input box. Multi-line text is supported, as well as variables such as {name}, {filename}, {index}, and {date}.
Set text position: Choose from top left, top center, top right, middle left, center, middle right, bottom left, bottom center, or bottom right. You can also use custom coordinates for precise positioning.
Adjust text style:
- Font and font size: Select the font, font weight, font size ratio, or fixed font size.
- Color and opacity: Set the text color and opacity, and optionally fill the transparent area background.
- Layout effects: Supports automatic line wrapping, auto-shrinking, line height, text area width, and alignment.
- Enhanced effects: You can enable stroke, shadow, text background, background opacity, background rounded corners, and rotation angle.
Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to save the current parameters so you can continue using the same style next time.
Preview and process: Go to the “Preview and Download” page, confirm the effect on the first image, then click “Start Processing Images”.
Download results: A single image can be downloaded directly; after batch processing, click “Download ZIP” to get all results. Result files will keep the original file names as much as possible, and numbers will be added automatically to distinguish duplicate names.

FAQ

A: Common image formats such as JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, and GIF are supported. GIFs are processed as static images, and formats such as SVG may be converted to PNG output in some environments.

A: Yes. The tool will try to use the original file names as the result file names; if duplicate result names appear in a batch, numbers will be added automatically after the file names to distinguish them.

A: We recommend enabling a text outline or shadow and choosing a color with strong contrast against the image background. You can also enable a text background and adjust its opacity and padding to make the text area easier to recognize.

A: Variables are suitable for batch processing. For example, {name} will be replaced with the file name without the extension, {filename} will be replaced with the full file name, {index} will be replaced with the sequence number, and {date} will be replaced with the current date.

A: If you need to preserve a transparent background, choose PNG; if you need a smaller file size, choose JPG or WebP and adjust the quality; if you're not sure, use “Keep original format.”

A: Image processing uses memory and computing resources. We recommend processing large images in batches, or enabling the long-side limit in the output settings to reduce the load for each processing run.
