Software Usage Instructions

Import images: Click the “Select Images” area and choose the image files you want to process. Single and batch selection are supported. In batch mode, the interface displays the first 20 images for review, while all images will be included during processing.
Choose a quick style: You can quickly apply styles such as “Clean White Border,” “Social Media Blurred Edge,” “Brand Signature,” or “Sample Watermark,” or skip this step and configure settings manually.
Set border parameters:
- Border type: Supports solid color border, blurred background, soft gradient, and no border
- Image fit: Choose from fully preserved, center crop, or original size
- Canvas ratio: Supports original image ratio, 1:1, 4:5, 3:4, 16:9, 9:16
- Border details: Adjust border width, corner radius, color, blur strength, and image shadow
Configure watermark settings:
- Watermark text: Enter the text content to add; multi-line text is supported
- Watermark style: Set font, font weight, font size, color, opacity, rotation angle, and outline
- Watermark position: Supports top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right, center, and bottom center
- Tiled watermark: When enabled, the watermark can fill the image at the set spacing, suitable for sample markings
Generate and download: Go to the “Generate Download” page, choose the output format, quality, and export scale, then click “Generate Image.” A single image can be downloaded directly from the current preview, while multiple images will be packaged as a ZIP file.
Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to keep the current border, watermark, and export parameters for convenient reuse of the same style later.

FAQ

A: A solid color border is suitable for clean whitespace and a unified visual style; a blurred background uses the original image to generate a blurred background, ideal for social media images and filling aspect ratios; a soft gradient is suitable for brand covers, product images, and image displays with a colorful atmosphere.

A: By default, the original file name is preserved, and only the extension is changed according to the output format. If duplicate file names are found, the tool will add a number to the file name to distinguish them and avoid overwriting result files.

A: Tiled watermarks are suitable for samples, copyright marks, material previews, and client approval images. You can control the watermark’s visibility through opacity, angle, and spacing, while keeping the image content clear and readable.

A: PNG is suitable for images that need clear text and transparent details; JPG is suitable for photos and general sharing; WEBP is suitable when you want smaller file sizes. JPG and WEBP let you adjust file size and clarity with the quality slider.

A: You can increase the font size, raise the opacity, choose a color with stronger contrast against the background, enable text outline or a text background bar, or adjust the watermark position to avoid complex areas of the image.

A: No. Image reading, previewing, border drawing, watermark drawing, and result export are all completed on the current device. The server will not receive or save the selected image files.
