Software Usage Instructions

Enter icon content: Select “Single Icon” or “Batch Generate” mode. Single mode is suitable for creating one text icon, while batch mode is suitable for entering one text item per line and generating them together.
Set text style: Choose the font, font size, bold, italic, letter spacing, vertical position, and rotation angle. Auto-fit is recommended for short text to keep small-size icons clear.
Configure colors and background: Choose solid text color, text gradient, or outlined text, and set the background color, opacity, gradient angle, and common color schemes.
Adjust icon effects: Set rounded corners, safe padding, shadow, stroke width, and stroke color based on your use case to create website favicons, avatars, app icons, or brand initial icons.
Select export specifications: Check sizes such as 16x16, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 128x128, 256x256, and 512x512, and choose PNG, SVG, or ICO format.
Generate and download: In single mode, you can download the current icon or a ZIP of all sizes; in batch mode, the first 20 previews will be shown, and all content will be processed and packaged as a ZIP when downloading.
Save settings: Click “Save Settings” to keep the current style parameters, making it easy to continue using the same icon style next time.

FAQ

A: Single Icon is suitable for fine-tuning one icon and exporting it in different sizes; Batch Generate is suitable for entering multiple lines of text at once and generating multiple icon files using the same style.

A: Chinese, English letters, numbers, common symbols, and some emojis are supported. When creating a favicon, it is recommended to use 1 to 4 characters—the simpler the content, the clearer it will appear at small sizes.

A: PNG is suitable for regular image use; SVG is suitable for later editing or vector use cases; ICO is suitable for website favicons. If used for website tabs, you can prioritize exporting 16x16, 32x32, and ICO files.

A: Batch generation creates file names based on each line of text and outputs them in the selected size and format. If duplicate names occur, the system appends a number to the file name to avoid overwriting files with the same name.

A: Small icons have limited space, and too much text, insufficient color contrast, or overly heavy shadows can affect readability. We recommend reducing the number of characters, enabling auto-fit, using high-contrast colors, and adding adequate safe padding.

A: No. Icon rendering, batch processing, and packaged downloads are all completed locally. The text you enter and the generated results will not be uploaded to the server.
